Fixed 3 pre-existing surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Diffed the full API OpenAPI schema (42 paths): internal work-queue, admin, and reporting routes (tweets/telegram/articles unscored+completed, rewards, penalties, blacklist, reports, verdicts, attestation, config/subnet, validators/versions, diagnostics/*) are all 401/403-gated despite the schema declaring no security scheme. Found and added 6 new genuine no-auth public dashboard endpoints: /dashboard/sentiment, /dashboard/miners, /dashboard/assets, /dashboard/validators, /dashboard/preview, and /dashboard/articles/sources.
